Pursuant to the Preliminary Injunction entered on October 9, 2012 by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, IAB and all related entities are enjoined from selling, marketing, promoting or offering for sale any products or services that relate to or are purportedly related to medical discount plans or health-related insured benefits.

IAB and all of its affiliated and related entities are also enjoined from assisting others with advertising, marketing, promoting, offering for sale, or selling any products or services related to medical discount plans or health-related insured benefits.
